This review may be a little different than most, because Jay wasn’t my personal realtor but he was the realtor for the buyers of our condo. So here’s a review from a seller’s perspective! My wife and I listed our condo Memorial Day weekend. In retrospect, considering the holiday, that may not have been the best time to list… but we did. Within a little over a week, there were several families interested in our condo but the offers just didn’t seem to match the value. We bought the condo brand new 5 years prior and put a lot of love and care into keeping it well maintained, upgrading the floors, etc. We were actually reviewing offers we received with the intent of accepting one, when we got a text from our realtor letting us know that there was another family that wanted to look at the condo ASAP. Enter: Jay and his clients. Not only did this family fall in love with the condo we loved so much, Jay knew his stuff! He used to live in the same neighborhood so he was extremely familiar with the great community and all of the amenities it has to offer. He was able to ensure the the offer his clients gave us really caught our interest. We knew, when we reviewed it with our realtor, that his clients’ offer was the one we would accept. It might be rare for the sellers to talk to the agent on the other side, but I did and Jay was amazing!! I can only imagine how highly his clients think of him. We had a great experience with Jay Dural and I truly believe that he goes above and beyond to make sure that everyone is more than happy. He’s a stand-up guy and he shows that through his work ethic and friendly demeanor.

Jay always goes above and beyond. He truly has a passion for real estate! As first time home buyers we were confused, but Jay sat down with us and explained the entire process. Jay would go out of his way for us to be able to view a house, sometimes we would be going between 8pm-10pm because it was the only time I was able to view the house. Not once did Jay complain about going late. After I would apologize he would say "no don't worry! I always love seeing houses." Finally we found the house we wanted to buy, and even though their were some hoops that need to be jumped through Jay remained calm and patient. I can not recommend Jay enough! If I got rate higher than 5 stars I would. Jay was the absolute best when it came to everything. As first time home buyers we didn't know much about the process, but Jay sat down and walked us through everything. Jay would also go out of his way for us to be able to view a house. Sometimes going to go see a house at nearly 10pm because it was the only time we were available that day. Jay is the most selfless man, he truly has a passion for real estate. He always goes above and beyond. I am so lucky that we were able to find Jay, and he was able to help us in the process of buying our first house.

I can’t stress enough how good Kuya Jay is. I am a first timer and I know nothing about buying a house. I was so hesitant at first- I feel like I can’t afford a house or maybe this is not a good idea we could just stay in the military housing and play safe- he was so patient in explaining things and held my hand in every single paperwork that I signed from pre-approval to closing. I learned so much and became confident in my decision of owning instead of renting. I messaged him on a Christmas Eve and from there we were touring houses with his family even on a New Year’s Eve! He is very dedicated, reliable, and treats his clients like family. He has a great team too! We finally found our forever home thanks to him and his team.

Jay was recommended to me by a close friend. At the time I was in Great Lakes, IL. (Aug) and getting ready to PCS to Norfolk, VA. He found an under construction home for me that i immediately loved! The house was ready by the time I PCS’ed. Throughout the whole process he was honest and transparent. He negotiated a lot on my behalf, some I didn’t even know about. Upgraded appliances, backyard fence and a bunch of other small but definitely improves quality of life things (soft close toilet, bathroom bluetooth speaker/fan, etc) I recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home in Virginia especially in the Hampton Roads area!
